We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help Nurse Maude to realise the business improvement opportunities available through their digital platforms, working broadly across the business, understanding stakeholder roles, challenges and pain points, and identifying and delivering on areas of improvement. 

What would I be doing?
You will be working very broadly, across internal business services, nursing and homecare teams, understanding operational processes, interaction with digital platforms, process pain points and identifying key areas for business improvement.

Overseeing the delivery of improvement projects, you will be working with internal and vendor teams, to deliver change that enhances the productivity and delivery of internal teams. You will work with vendor developers to ensure change requests are well managed and reflect the business requirements. As such, there will be an element of project management in your role. 

You will be ensuring that the business is getting the absolute best out of their systems and processes, and looking for any broader business process enhancement opportunities across the organisation. 

What do I need?
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a real passion for people, community and services that better the lives of everyday New Zealanders.
While a background in health would be highly desirable, this is not essential. To be considered for these roles, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

Intermediate level experience in similar Business Analyst roles A proven background in Business Analysis / Business Improvement  A ‘System thinking’ mindset but the ability to work and think broadly across the business A collaborative, consultative approach, able to build trust and rapport with a range of internal stakeholders
