JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking for an administrator with strong customer service skills to join their team! The company is a succesful property management organisation in Wellington that is looking to growhe current team is small, has a great environment, and will be growing more and more on the short term/p>

As a Facilities Administrator you will manage tenants issues and facilitate contractors to fix these, with all administrative tasks that will be involved around this/p>

About you:

You have excellent customer service skills
Talking to customer over the phone is no issue at all, and you always have a positive attitude
You work efficiently and organised
As an experienced administrator, you knowsho w to work in Databases and can do invoicing to contractors
You
have 1-3 years of experience in relevant admin / customer service roles
