The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple departments toward maximum productivityou will have extensive experience with rostering appropriately and motivating production staff to achieve production goalsdditionally, you-ll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your teamour ultimate responsibility is to increase production efficiencyp>

What you will be doing:

Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
Develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team
Manage and develop new products as outlined in strategic plans, delivering scheduled outcomes on time, working closely with the National Sales Manager and CEO
Resolving problems in the factory teams, manage the workforce and engage in recruitment for relevant positions
Ensure all human resources and production activities are carried out within legal and safety requirements
Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
Oversee the maintenance
and repair of all machinery and equipment in the factory to achieve maximum production efficiency
Oversee materials and inventory management
Engage in procurement activities, including testing new ingredients and communicating with suppliers to negotiate pricing
Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans


What experience and attributes you need:

Strong new production planning and management skills
Strong budget development and oversight skills
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organisational control of branch operations and customer service
Highly experienced in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
Fluent spoken and written Mandarin Chinese necessary
