- 2 - 10 years Architecture Industry experience.
- Enthusiastic, Flexible organised, self- Motivated approach and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
- Good skills in Adobe suite, Microsoft Office.
- Good skills in Archicad, AutoCAD, 3D MAX, Sketchup
- Modern innovative sense for design and presentation.
- Confident with great communications
- Native English speaker or fluent spoken and written English is essential
- An understanding of Circular Design, Energy efficiency and Sustainability practices

Job Description
This position is located on the TARORA estate, an idyllic 1,000- Hectare organic property on the pristine South Island of New Zealand, between Queenstown and Milford Sound. The original timber chalet resort was built back in the seventies and is currently undergoing a massive major renovation to bring IT to a new unique status, which you will play a key role in bringing about.
About the position
This is an incredible opportunity for a proactive Architect with a minimum of 2yrs industry experience. You will be working alongside a Top Japanese based Architectural studio and NZ based Project Manager to help bring their concept design to life with a goal of creating one of the most innovative boutique high- End resort development in New Zealand
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Project Architect is responsible for clearly liaising with Japanese architects, NZ based Architects, local engineers, contractors, and other on- Ite team members. Ability to have a self- Ufficient work practice, to be flexible and co- Operative is important to function successfully in this role.
