Fluent in English, written and spoken
Experience in managing staff an advantage
Knowledge of day to day running of a restaurant a must
Responsibilities:
A minimum of 2 years Restaurant Management experience
Strong Leadership Skills
Management of staff and staff rosters
Management of stock, rotation of stock and ordering of stock from suppliers
A clear understanding of a Profit & Loss statement & Budgets, as well as the ability to effect changes where necessary
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, e. G. Word, Excel and Email
Experience in Point of Sale Software
Must be able to work on a rotating roster, weekends & public holidays
