JOB DESCRIPTION

has been busy busy busy so far and our clients are in need of capable and confident temporary Executive Assistants to hold down the fort while they go through permanent recruitment processesp>

We have immediate start 6-8 week, full-time assignments based in the Addington/Riccarton area for PA/EAs with experience supporting one or more managers at an executive level/p>

As these are short-term roles, there won-t be much time for training so you will need to comfortable building a great working relationship with your manager/s and quickly assessingsho w you can best provide support to them/p>

You will be responsible for key tasks such as:

diary management
organising meetings; booking rooms/venues, arranging catering, preparing documentation, organising technnology
minute-taking
travel and accommodation booking
managing incoming correspondence via phone and emai

We are looking for

applicants with:

outstanding people skills
excellent attention to detail
impressive time management and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
enthusiasm for a busy workload that will have you thinking on your feet
high computer literacy / capability with technology i Microsoft Office, setting up video conferencing tools
